Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
