The narrative introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a hidden cult.
The adventure focuses on "strange experiments and a fearsome foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview ends with a powerful scene showing a character, presumably the captive, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
